All information and resulting activities are centrally bundled, remaining transparent and traceable at all times.
Regular communication is also optimally supported by the integrated meeting function: meetings can be conducted flexibly yet structured, making collaboration clearer and significantly increasing team efficiency.

Obeya Hub
The Obeya Hub provides a central, structured overview of all your Obeyas — organized thematically based on predefined templates. For each topic area, tailored rooms can be created to meet the specific needs of your teams or departments. This ensures you always have a clear overview and can access the relevant workspace with just a few clicks.
Dashboards
Dashboards can be directly embedded in the Obeya template and flexibly parametrized. Each Obeya room receives exactly the KPIs and information relevant to the respective team. This ensures transparency, comparability, and targeted control — all without extra effort.
Collaboration Workspace
The Collaboration Workspace makes the Obeya room the central place for daily teamwork. Actions, notes, events, documents, audits, and PDCAs are permanently available, up to date, well structured, and easy to find and trace. This ensures that no information is lost and teams always have a complete overview of all activities.
Meeting
Meetings can be held directly within the Obeya room – with a predefined and easily extendable agenda and simple participant tracking. All available information in the Obeya serves as the basis for discussion and decision-making. Topics discussed are documented directly in the Collaboration Workspace. Meeting duration, topics covered, and participants are automatically recorded and permanently stored – making it easy to pick up right where you left off in the next session.

The icon KPI indicator widget has proven to be a highly effective tool for presenting information in a simple and intuitive way across a wide range of use cases, making it one of the most popular visualization elements in Visual Shop Floor. Whenever KPIs need to be displayed clearly, compactly, and in a visually appealing format – whether it's absenteeism rates, scrap rates, OEE including influencing factors, or other key metrics – the widget is the perfect solution.
With options to display a title, a key figure, and a relevant icon, along with dynamic background coloring, the widget offers maximum flexibility for quick insights at a glance.
With the latest update, the icon KPI indicator widget can now also be used in combination with model data. This means KPIs can be retrieved directly from a data model and updated automatically – always up to date, with no manual effort required.
