Solunio was founded by two computer scientists - that's why programming is in our blood. We are a “young” company in every aspect. The company was founded in 2013 and the average age of our employees is 29.

Project Manager

As a Project Manager you are the first point of contact for our customers and support them in optimizing their processes with the help of Visual Shop Floor.

Your Mission

  • You support our customers in the various project phases and lead them to success.
  • You independently collect customer requirements and support the definition of content and goals.
  • Conception and design of customer-specific solutions for digital Shop Floor Management as well as the monitoring and supervision of logistics and production processes
  • Continuous coordination with those involved in the project and support of the customer's departments (lean management and production management)
  • Training of key users in the application and administration of Visual Shop Floor as well as user support
  • You are involved in strategic product development and contribute your experience from customer projects in the form of conceptual ideas.

Your profile

  • Training or practical experience in the field of lean management or industrial engineering
  • Experience in process optimization in an industrial environment
  • practical experience in Shop Floor Management
  • Understanding of IT-Processes Experience in the use of production-related software systems such as ERP, MES or PPS desirable
  • Good knowledge of industrial production processes and the associated key figures (KPIs)
  • Experience in agile project management according to Scrum
  • You have a great deal of enthusiasm and like to work creatively and flexibly

  • Programming in an agile development environment using the latest methods, technologies and frameworks
  • Design, debugging and implementation of backend and frontend functions based on modern web technologies
  • Design and implementation of microservices with associated test coverage

  • Active involvement in the design and optimization of the development processes and the development infrastructure

Your profile

  • Degree in computer science or specific School (preferably TFO)
  • Experience in software development and handling of software projects
  • Practical experience with modern web technologies such as Angular or Node.js
  • Practical experience in the use of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Good knowledge of the programming languages JavaScript, Java or C/C++
  • Familiarity of the HTML5 and CSS3 web standards
  • Experience in the field of DevOps and in the use of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
